Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator for the PEB industry to support project planning, execution, and coordination activities. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating between the design, production, procurement, and site execution teams to ensure smooth project progress within timelines and quality standards.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, technical understanding of steel/PEB structures, and the ability to handle multiple project activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, design teams, vendors, and clients for smooth project execution.
- Track project schedules, material dispatches, site progress, and installation activities.
- Prepare and maintain project reports, progress updates, MOMs, and documentation.
- Follow up with internal departments for drawings, approvals, fabrication status, and material availability.
- Monitor project timelines and highlight delays or issues to management.
- Support billing, BOQ verification, work progress tracking, and project planning activities.
- Coordinate with site teams regarding manpower, material requirements, and project updates.
- Maintain proper records of project correspondence, reports, and client communications.
- Ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards during project execution.
- Assist management in achieving timely project completion and client satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of PEB structures and steel construction projects.
- Good understanding of project coordination and execution processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and project documentation.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different departments.
- Problem-solving and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and project planning software will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work under deadlines and pressure.
- Team player with professional communication skills.
