Responsibilities:
- Supervise and execute structural fabrication and erection works at various project sites
- Coordinate with design and structural teams to ensure smooth workflow and execution
- Oversee equipment handling, site fabrication planning, and material utilization
- Monitor quality standards, safety compliance, and project timelines
- Handle troubleshooting during mechanical installations and steel structure assembly
Qualifications:
- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- 3–5 years of proven experience in structural fabrication, erection, and steel building projects
- Strong knowledge of structural engineering materials and PEB systems
- Ability to manage on-site operations and lead technical teams
- Proficient in interpreting structural drawings and fabrication details
